I wish I would have read this post before I talked with my friend this afternoon - we just made plans for Saturday evening. I even checked your blog a couple of times earlier in the day! How late will this party go? My friend has a two year old who goes to bed around 8:30, so I can't see them staying too late. Where is the line between fashionably late and rude?

The private plane that I sent Kelly for Christmas...has it arrived yet, and if so can he come down and pick Aunt Jeany and I up to bring us to the party!!! We have to meet all of the bloggers and can't go thru another year without meeting Anon. Will she be there??? If plane has not arrived, I am in total agreement with Muggie with Marshies...take lots of pics!!! You know you could all wear belly dancing outfits just in case Anon decides to teach a lesson
Cranberry bliss bars just moved down a notch as "the best ever". If you have a Bruester's ice cream, be sure to try the "winter wonder"...it is to die for!!!!!

Thanks for stopping by, Big Fat, but I don't know how to answer your question because the cats are strictly indoors and I keep my other animals in the barnyard.

Friday is totally clear.
Don't give up hope; I'm trying to work out something, but can't make any promises at this time.
Funny thing - - - I debated between Friday and Saturday, but chose Saturday for two reasons:
1) The BIG CHEESE is working that night, so we won't be in his way, nor he in ours
and
2) Saturday is my birthday - - - so since Greg is working - - - I thought having the blogging party then would make the day more special.
Hey, if Anon would have known it was your birthday two days ago, she would have picked you up a really special birthday gift for free (or practically free.)

so you make it sound like you had to do something to convert over but it also sounds like they do it for you and then i guess you have to figure it out from there, huh?

Cbox is something entirely different - - - Keri found it someplace and added it to her blog - - - I guess I COULD get it, but wasn't sure why - - - you got a good reason?
Blogger didn't switch me over until I pointed and clicked that I WANTED to be switched over. Then I had to sign in with a google account, then wait for HOURS while they did whatever they did.
It isn't SUPPOSED to look any different - - - - but the comments are all goofed up now. Notice, some people are now 'anonymous' who had names on them before, and the pix are gone. Grrrrrrrrrrr
I like the cbox because I sometimes forget where I leave comments and its easier to just look and respond on the cbox. Yes, I did notice some of the names were showing up anonymous, I was wondering if it had something to do with comments made before switching over.
That is exactly what it has to do with - - - - some comment identifications and all the photo id's were lost by switching over. I THINK the new comments will still have IDs and photos - - - - we'll see.
Do you think anon will come to party?
First Anon said she couldn't come, then she said she was working on it. I think she has a schedule conflict.

First of all, I DID NOT get Deb's b-day gift for free. I spent the normal budgeted amount for her, I was just able to get something really, really nice for her. I can tell she's not appreciating my smart shopping method. :)
Secondly, since I look like I've been eating all the holiday goodies that are out there now and won't have a chance to work off those holiday pounds before Saturday, I cannot do the whole "jumping out of the cake routine" for your birthday.
Thirdly, I cannot confirm anything at this point. Since Miss Etiquette is coming though and she will protect me from any harm, I'm trying, I emphasize, trying to make something work on my end. Who knows?
BTW, a cool thing happened earlier today when I tried looking at your blog I got "This blog is being moved to the new beta version. Please try again in a little while." How cool is that? I got to be a part of the big move. :)

I'd LOVE you to come - - - birthday cake jump-out routine or not. But I do understand that I announced it rather 'close' to the event and you may have already made plans.
And about moving the blog to beta - - - - I have no valid reason for doing so except that I succumbed to peer pressure.
MY Cool-sis-in-law asked for a Cbox on my blog - - - - and I MANAGED to get it there with no technical assistance from anyone. Quite a feat for me, I might add.
You'll have to remember to take pics, because we're in VA and won't be back till Monday morning. :( Happy almost birthday!

Wow, I'm cool, huh...this could really go to my head. Grammy just checked on what I was doing and when she saw your cbox, she got excited then said "no, i've got to take a shower, i'll look at it later." By the way, we worked on setting up her camera this morning, it really is so easy that she keeps wanting to make it more complicated. Now, its just a matter of teaching her how to load the images on to computer and then to her blog. She would love to be able to come to blog party.

Perhaps the reason google maps can't find us is this is a relatively new little neighborhood - - - only one little cul-de-sac lane.

The company that Richard works for uses Google Earth. They do city and county planning, but we don't have the software at home.
The USPS knows where you are, though. I now have your zip code. Things just keep getting more interesting. . .

Fog is too super thick tonite to ask Kelly to fly down in his new jet!!! We are just so anxious to hear all about your party...Happy B&B day (blogger and birthday)!!!
