OK, let's be honest. This is really KEETHA stuff. Sometimes I write about Greg - - - but he has never in his life made one single post of his own. He has occasionally made a comment or two. So - - - come on in and visit with me, Keetha, for a while. I'd love it if you left your foot prints. (Interpretation: COMMENT PLEASE ;-)

6:20 a.m. Simmering onion and celery in butter. (YUM!! This step smells delicious!!)
6:38 a.m. Stir some bread cubes and spices into the aromatic vegetables.
6:45 a.m. Toss the stuffing in a bowl.
6:55 a.m. Mr. Turkey is stuffed to his gills.

So nice to meet you! I've come across a handful of Keitha's (including my third cousin, for whom I'm named) but never another Keetha!
