Greg 'n Keetha Stuff

OK, let's be honest. This is really KEETHA stuff. Sometimes I write about Greg - - - but he has never in his life made one single post of his own. He has occasionally made a comment or two. So - - - come on in and visit with me, Keetha, for a while. I'd love it if you left your foot prints. (Interpretation: COMMENT PLEASE ;-)

Parent Teacher Conferences

After two days and 70 conferences, this is about how I looked - - -

My co-worker and friend, Vickie, made a post about the pranks they pulled on me yesterday, the second afternoon of conferences.

Check it out at http://vickie-vickiesblog.blogspot.com/ (Sorry, I'm links challenged.) Be sure to read the comments too - - - - they make it funnier.

It is funny when you know how OCD you are about moving your things even the slightest bit. I don't know how you do that.

LOL

I like symmetry and balance. When people move my stuff, they unbalance it, make it unsymmetrical - - - so I NOTICE right away.

Uh - - - I thing ANYONE would notice their chair upside down on the table top!!!!

:-)

You girls were funny having so much fun with my stuff - - - kinda like my ELDEST SON, Kelly.

Keetha- That is too funny! I also have some ocd issues that my sister-in-law picks on me about ALL the time!
One example: when I was pregnant our kitchen floor COULD NOT get clean enough. I would literally clean it 4 times a day. She would come over day after day and I would be on my hands and knees with a sponge scrubbing it.(b/c the mop just didn't do a good enough job!)
Another:All the silver ware has to be equal #'d in the little baskets for them in the dishwasher so they get cleaned the right way.
Maybe I sound bad, but seriously, I have 5 kids, I go with the flow! My house is messy. I'm not obsessive about ALL things, just some!
Oh- about your 70 conferences, Bart has 400 students and he only had 2 conferences last week!

Paula,

1) Stick your tongue out at Bart from me!!! I have about 100 students, and you saw how many conferences I had!!!

2) LOL - - - your OCD's are cracking me up. I have the silverware in the dishwasher one - - - they don't get CLEAN otherwise. I also HATE it when Greg or Kyle load the dishwasher - - - they don't do it "right" and I'm always afraid their dishes won't get clean!!!

3) I too am not TOTALLY OCD - - - my house is messy and dirty right now. I'm too TIRED after school to think about it - - - so I try to HIDE the mess in closets, drawers, cupboards, etc

4) When I have a small area (my desk at school, my conference table, my Christmas Tree) that I can CONTROL - - - that's when my OCDness comes out

It is SOOOOOO fun to reconnect with you through these blogs. Let me say it yet again - - - I'm SOOOOO happy you found mine so I could find yours!!

I can't believe someone would mess with your stuff like that. I was deep in my work and must have missed the whole thing. Next PTC's, I'm going to have to pay better attention.
See ya Monday! -SCR

Wow!

SCR's showing up on your blog.

Surprise, surprise. You have to have a camper to be friends with her.

BTW

see comments on Rockin' Vick's blog.

Wow Keetha, you really look wiped out. I hope we didn't do that to you. Who are you telling your woes to? Hey what's up with the camper joke for SCR? I don't have a camper and I thought we were friends. I have a tent....does that count?

I think she just used this picture as an example of how she felt, because I'm pretty sure this picture was taken during the spring or summer...I remember seeing it on her camera and laughing...actually, I think it's even been on her blog before!

Bingo Keri!!! Ding ding ding ding - - - you get the prize!!! I was just using an old picture as an example - - - and yep, it was taken in June over a year ago.

Vickie, I think the camper joke is an inside joke between Anon and SCR - - - I only threw in the comment that I had a camper since Anon brought it up. I don't know about Anon and SCR - - - but I'll be your friend camper, tent, or nothing!!!!

:-)

Thanks Funny Lady because I DON'T have a camper which in my little circle of the world deems me as an absolute loser.

I feel so much better now knowing that YOU still accept a camperless person like me.

and yes Rockin' Vick if you have a tent that counts too.

You lucky people!

LOL Anon!!! My camper is BIG enough that you could go camping WITH me if you want to.

NO - - - - it ISN'T one of those real fancy "homes" on wheels - - - just a pop-up. BUT it does have two king size beds and air conditioning - - - which is actually REALLY, REALLY, REALLY nice when it's 100 degrees in the shade.

And Anon - - -you will ALWAYS be my friend, camper or no camper; tent or no tent.

:-)
