What a Day for Big Ten Football!!!
Hip Hip Hooray!!!
First, after three HUGE Big Ten losses, the last being to the Buckeyes, my "Get no respect from the pundits" Badgers finally pulled off a big time win today in the battle of the muscadines - - - Badgers vs Wolverines.Final Score: 37 - 21
Second, and a FAR bigger upset, Illinois knocked off #1 Ohio State in a close, down to the wire, nail biter,
28 - 21. I've known since last year that Illinois was a "record spoiler" in the making.
Next weekend it will be MI meeting OSU for the Big Ten title - - - now EACH has one Big Ten loss.
Isn't college football wunerful!?!
Like I said - - - a good football weekend beats a bad football weekend which beats a no football weekend!!! For me this was a GOOD one.

Well, I am glad somebody's favorite team won because Purdue lost today. So sad.

Hey - - - my Badgers have lost three times, ALL to Big Ten teams.
So, Kathy and Anon - - - you'll have to buck up and deal with it, I have had to do that three times already this season. (Anyway Anon, you guys had a couple other Big Ten games that were a "fight" for you - - - it was just your turn to bite the dust!!!)
In fact, MANY #1 ranked teams have been beaten by unranked teams already this season. I just guess "'tis the season" for it!!!
Yay!! The whole ND stadium cheered when they announced the score! Yippee!! Not such a good day for us- but a great time. Yes, come on over!
Which score - - - WI beating MI or IL beating OSU??? MAYBE BOTH!!!
I'm going to try to stop on Monday then. I can't wait to see you for a bit. :-)
Sorry about ND - - - I was afraid that was what would happen. Air Force was SOOOOO excited for the chance to FINALLY beat ND.
And house about those Jayhawks? :)
Hmmmm - - - they are undefeated, but since they aren't Big Ten, and have formerly been more a BB power than FB, I'm not really up on them nor their skills.

Went to bed after they didn't score after halftime, then couldn't sleep for a half hour after Jason woke me up and told me how the game ended. Is Vinatieri turning into Mike Vanderjagct?
Not TOO worried that they lost, considering how short we were and we still should have won. If we win here on out (and we should) I think we will still get the bye. Our defense was incredible!
I am just leaving evidence that I was here since I don't have anything to add to the football conversation. :-)
