Baby Bear Heads Out Into the Great Wide World - - -
To seek his fortune.
The Durango is loaded for bear. Well, actually I guess it's really loaded for CARDINAL - - -Ball State Cardinals that is.
Somewhere in this giant complex is Kyle's new Ball State home.
Load One going in! (So nice they had this cart hanging around just waiting for us to use it!)
Load Two. Notice the unicycle - - - Kyle's vehicle of choice for campus travels.

Wow! What a feeling.
You know he's ready though. It's why you've worked so hard at parenting over the past 18 years!
I look forward to hearing good reports.
19 years. He was 19 in July.
:( It goes by that fast? My heart won't be able to handle it...
-Michelle
It's really fast, Michelle. Hearts have trouble with all of this - - -
So...don't blink??? I can't imagine! ~Jaye
Don't blink, Jaye. WELCOME back to town!!! Hope you enjoyed your time away. I MISSED you at the blog party.
Jaye - - - I just went to your blog and you've changed your template and ALL YOUR COMMENT buttons went away - - - I can't comment!!!
Oh Keetha! I hope you are doing okay. I am sure this is hard...and I bet it is way too quiet in that house of yours, huh?
Thinking of you!
Best wishes to Kyle on his big adventure. And big hugs to Momma-I know that it will be hard in many ways but I'm also excited for HG. She crossed some big milestones over break and I know that she is ready in some respects. I know, too, that she will be home often to do laundry and have some yummy dinners (HD and I are pretty good cooks, if I do say so myself!
What did you do the first 'night alone?' ;-)
Blogged, did laundry, watched some football, went to bed and worried.
Did he master the unicycle??
He's close.
If he can balance on the unicycle with his backpack full of books, he'll make his reputation on campus in no time.
LOL!!! I don't think he's QUITE that talented yet - - - but he's working on it.
Keetha- could you read the text on my new post?? I can't on my computer, it's all scrunched up teeny tiny under the pictures. Just wondering if it looked that way for everyone...
I don't think I saw any text, so maybe not. I'll go look again and leave you a message there.
Okay,I fixed it. There was little stories to go along with each picture but for some reason it was getting all scrunched up!So I just ended up putting it all at the bottom below the pictures!
HEY STRANGER! We're back! Yes, undoubtedly this is hard to believe, but we've gotten excited about blogging again now that our crazy Christmas season is over.
I like the unicycle.
Yay!!!!! Welcome back Dangie!!! I was kinda sad that you didn't show us your lovely open house this year, but I won't complain 'cause I'm just glad you're BACK!!!
I remember when I left the roost...my parents were sad too as I was the baby...then when I came home for my first summer they said...it's nice to have you home...but it'll be nice to have you go back ;) (Great parents...they just loved the house to themselves again!!) Praying for you - hoping your transition goes well.
Keetha,
Would you believe that we barely took ANY pictures of the open house? It was our busiest yet - approximately 200 and we were so overwhelmed that I didn't have a lot of time to be photographer. Anyhow, we DO have pictures of the decorations posted on our site ... just not the party. The food, as ALWAYS, was incredible.
But Dangie, I can't GET to your site!!! When I click on my link in bookmarks it tells me your site doesn't exist and that there are no mac members by that name!!! HELP!!!
Glad you found us! www.dangieland.com - is that SO hard to remember?
;-)
Dangie - I wasn't even trying to REMEMBER anything - - - I was clicking on the link in my bookmarks. I made a new link.
ha ha - yeah, I'm not sure why our our domain name gets replaced with all of the other gobbly-gook when you type it in the address bar. Someday I'll look into that ... someday.
Dan - - - it gave me FITS when I made your link to my blog - - - I mean, it wasn't easy for a computo-illiterate like me. Can you FIND yourself in the link list?
