Friday Fashion Fiesta
Big Mama is sponsoring a throw-down blog event today.
Here's my entry in the Fashion Fiesta, because we all know I am DEFINITELY a Fashion Diva.
FOOTBALL!!! (Is there anything else?)
My grandchildren were AFRAID of this "blue hair" (pun intended)
This outfit with - - -
These nails helped pull my Colts to victory at Super Bowl XVI.
Not to leave the feet out! (I know the nails need to be painted - - - but I'll get to that when the midwest finally thaws out - which isn't this weekend, we may have SNOW flurries!!!)
I'm a versatile fan - - - both NFL and College!!!! Bet you can't guess what teams I root for!!
What all the BEST cheerleaders are wearing this season.
GO BADGERS!!!

Ah, a sports theme. Go Colts, although I'm not a football fan. Can't be a Hoosier and not say "Go Colts." I almost typed "God Colts." That's going a bit too far!
Hummm...wonder what Stacy & Clinton would say about this wardrobe? Hee hee! Go Colts! (Sorry I can't say the same for WI).
Kathy, Who in the WORLD are Stacy and Clinton??????
...and you manage to look chic and classy even in all that football wear.
...and Groovy can't manage to look classy in a ball gown!
I SHOULD wear some sports stuff, since I live in the same town where I went to college, but I just don't have any. I hang my head in shame.
Pretty cute!
Oh, I love some football. But we root for the other red team in the BIG TEAN: OHIO STATE! We have some special attire for that too!
I adore anyone who uses their fashion to support their team. WELL DONE!
Thanks for playing along!
Oh girls (I guess MAYBE some boys will check this out, but I rather DOUBT it) this is SOOOOOO fun.
Thanks for coming, commenting, and making my blog hits go UP!!!
Big Mama, you are the BEST for sponsoring this fiesta.
I'm not a big sports fan...but Stacy and Clinton I do know about! They are from the tv show "What Not to Wear".
Thanks for visiting and your nice comment!
Great post!
Oh, this is oh-so fantastic! I especially like the football flip-flops!
Your flip-flops totally crack me up!
This is so funny!!!! I love any woman who loves her sports team! I am the same way about the AR razorbacks!!!!
You are now one of my heros - I wish I had a picture of me in all that Colt garb. (I can throw one up of my Grandfather's cat in a Peyton Jersey - we take the Mannings seriously down here in my neck of the woods.)
I love the blue hair, and will be emulating that for the 08-09 season. :D
Luv it!
Glad to see you playing along... I may or may not get in. Would love the blog headder though!
And I must look for those flip-flops. I covet them, in a good way, you know!
Your outfits look like sooo much fun! Great show!
Your grandchildren are so lucky to have a spunky G-ma like you! Blue hair rules:)
The Colts I can get on board with, but I'm a Boilermaker through and through. Just graduated last May. Actually, I grew up about 20 minutes from Marion (I saw it on your profile), in southern Huntington County.
WOW Mom look at all your new blog friends!!! I bet this made your day. :)
Oh My Goodness!!!! This has been the MOST FUN BLOGGY DAY EVER!!!! 278 blog hits - - - - all because of this Fashion Fiesta.
Big Mama - - - you ROCK.
Of course, you may never come here to see that - - - but hey, I expressed the sentiment anyway.
Keetha, What do you do on Friday nights? (HA). I love to watch What Not to Wear (when I have control of the remote). I just had to tease you. I love the Colts garb! I think you need to add a few Purdue accessories though.
LOL - - - - I TRIED to watch "what not to wear" one time, but they were BASHING on one of the STAPLES of my school ward robe, and I knew they were right - - - but I NEED MY KHAKI'S - - - so I never watched again!!!!! Thus my ignorance.
I BLOG on Friday nights - - - well, every night really.
:-)
So glad we can keep in touch through our blogs, girl friend!!!!
You are one dedicated fan, and a HOT cheerleder! Yeahhhhh Team!!!!!!!!!!
cool. Assume you live in IN? My hubs family lives in INdianapolis and Greenwood. I am coming up in 22 days! I enjoyed stopping in !I hope you will come and see my fiesta!
Keetha-you commented on my shoes on my post, the ones you coveted...I got those for 5 bucks! at Belks at a mark down the markdown sale. Can you believe it? Comfy too! Thanks for commenting.
I really wish you would have put the cheerleader outfit on!
That was the best post ever. And I don't even like baseball...I mean, football. ;)
This has been a fun blogging day!
Thanks for coming over to my blog. I only had a pedicure because of the cruise we went on in February.
Go Colts!
Gotta love girl that roots for her team!
The flip-flops are great!!
A whole Fashion Show of new faces - gotta visit some of them.
Leigh - your photography is beautiful. I didn't know Alabama had a beach!
Indiana -
I know you don't like me.
But I like you. Because you're from Indiana. And I was born there. Marion, to be exact. Although, I was raised in Minneapolis.)
I can't speak for my family though - because my husband has my children brainwashed to be Patriots fans.
But I like Tony Dungy. Because when he was coaching the Minnesota Vikings, we went to church together.
Please like me even though I'm skinny.
Oh you are great! I love football fanatics! You rock!
So, I'm not a Colt's fan but I gotta say, your Super Bowl nails ROCKED! I wanna get me some of those. And I love the team spirit. And the bravery of posting pics of yourself AND your clothes... because you know I wasn't brave enough.
I LOVE this Fashion Fiesta too! It's been so fun.
Yes, I went to every last person on the list-thus far....I did visit Keri and comment. Her post was so cute, with her little expanding belly through the months. She was adorable! And good fashion sense!
Sorry you dont have a Bleks up there.
And lets do visit often. I update my blog daily, though now I am trying to cut out weekends. But daily,...
Nah, no flip flops on my wishlist. I could easily talk myself into buying a pair or two of them for a few dollars. But I can never seem to talk myself into springing for new jeans until they're falling apart at the seams.. so that's why a couple pairs of those are on there ;-)
Very cute. LOVE the football flipflops!
Love the Football Flip Flops!
This has been so much fun!
LOVE the football flip flops! Too cute. :)
We are fans of the Colts too. Our favorite TN quarterback is there!
Blessings to you!
steph.
I love your pizazz! I'm not a big football fan, but if I was I hope I would have your attitude!
By the way, thanks for stopping by my blog; I loved your comment (how could I not?).
Love the blue hair!
Thanks for stopping by my blog.
Thanks for stopping by! I loved your flip flops. I'd wear those.
Do you live near Naples, FL??? I made a post on my blog about where I got those very self same flippy floppies!!!!
This has been SUCH a fun fiesta - - -I know I've already said that, but IT HAS BEEN GIRLS!!!!
You look like such a fun person! After I figured out what was on the flip flops, I loved them!
Thanks for stopping by my way today. Where o where did you get those flip flops with the footballs on them? I need a pair those!

What fun sports related clothes! I love the flip flops...
Thanks for visiting my blog. :)
Wow Keetha! 46 comments! You go girl!!!
O.K., I'm not a sports fan, but you put the cute-ness in the big team sweatshirt! Totally dig the football flippies.
go on with your bad self!
Thanks for coming to see me!
Not at all an american football fan, but thanks for sharing your passion :)
Keetha, I saw similar flip flops (different themes) at the Hallmark store in Northcrest (Fort Wayne) next to Old Navy. I thought of you!
I LOVED your football flip flops. It gave me some creative ideas for making some of my own - especially for hunting season. My husband would be amused. And seriously, if my Gramma had blue hair, I would think she was the coolest ever. (o: Loved that!
Hi, Thanks for stopping by my blog. And the compliments too. That was very kind! Sorry am so late in "visiting", just was bogged down in the weekend.
I LOVE your nails! Did you do it yourself?
Jennifer - - I'd LOVE to see what you do for hunting flip flops!!!!
Annek - - - I did not do my nails myself, my wonderful nail tech did them for me. But weren't they FUN?!?
Too bad my hands are looking so old - - - - that'll happen whey you're older than you WISH you were. :-)
Even the fashion experts say that everyone should have a signature color. Funny.
Love the football flip-flops! Thank you for commenting on my fashion fiesta. I have to tell you, my husband almost fell out of his chair laughing at the comment about the "wrong feet". I am umm, let's just say right/left foot challenged. I've been known to mark my kids shoes with an L or R (on the bottom of course :)). I am so ashamed!! It's a huge running joke in my family. I can't believe I just disclosed this embarassing little secret on the world wide web! I definitely need to go eat some chocolate now.
Oh Julie -- - how FUN you are!!!! Hey - - - I think ANYTHING is cause for chocolate consumption!!!!
:-)
Oh my goodness- I love the football gear! I'm far away from my Dallas Cowboys but I can appreciate your get-ups... one NFL fan to another.
Those football flip flops are AWESOME...my son would think I was the coolest Mom ever if I had some of those. It will become my mission to find a pair :)
One of my friends said she saw some that were similar at a Hallmark shop. I found these in a quaint little gift shop in "Tin City" in Naples, FL.
