So - - - come on in and visit with me, Keetha, for a while. I'd love it if you left your foot prints. (Interpretation: COMMENT PLEASE ;-)

"The Dock" - - - a GREAT place to assuage one's appetite.

Dockside. Years ago our kids watched tiny sharks in a feeding frenzy right in this water.

The Dock Restaurant is right next the the Naples City Dock.

Thanks for the info - - - I have pictures of blooms that were on the Traveler's palm, Greg thought they were orchids, but they look like the blooms of the palm itself to me. I'll post some from home and let you tell me all about them!!!

It's probably a bloom from the palm as the wild orchids usually attach to cabbage palms but mainly places like the islands. In populated areas, the orchids would probably be disturbed because they are constantly trimming those palm trees.

Jim is loving those tropical pix and he is getting homesick. I really was tired of palm trees and I like the "real" trees here in N. FLorida. Our dogwood, redbuds, azalias, lillies, phlox, are all blooming now and it is so pretty this time of year.

You took some really good pix. Thanks for sharing your trip with us!!!

We have to make a trip down there this spring but I am not looking forward to it. That's why I was asking you about that little car as I wondered if it was cheaper to rent...I kinda liked that "little guy". Did you put the top down???

Mom, I used Orbitz to reserve/rent the car. I asked for the CHEAPEST car - - - and that little convertible was it.

Greg had the top down a couple of times, but not me - - - I didn't want my hair to blow away.
