Are the balconies real or just for show?
I just got tickled thinking about a Mardi Gras parade in Hayward. LOL
They do have several parades.
I think some are real and some are just for show. The one across from our sidewalk restaurant is real, it has deck furniture on it!!!
I wish I lived in a small town that did things! Cute place!
